Hill County Warrant Records Hill County Warrant Records

Hill County official questions belong with the office that holds the record. The Sheriff routes law-enforcement matters, the issuing court confirms case status, and the District Clerk handles many felony and misdemeanor files. City citations remain with their named court. A private reference service cannot verify an active warrant, accept payment, arrange bond, or provide legal advice. Keep confidential papers and payments for the proper custodian. Contact the record holder directly. An official clerk can explain what remains open.

This Is Not a Government or Law Enforcement Office. We operate a private information site and have no access to an official warrant system. We cannot verify a case, change a court order, take bond, or set a surrender. Ask the Sheriff which agency handles a law-enforcement question, then contact the issuing court for case status and resolution instructions.

  • Law-enforcement warrant routing: Hill County Sheriff, 406 Hall Street, Hillsboro, TX 76645, 254-582-5313. The public materials do not establish a dedicated walk-in warrant counter or searchable roster.
  • Felony or misdemeanor case records: District Clerk, 80 N Waco, second floor, 254-582-4042. County Court at Law phone: 254-582-4068.
  • JP or city citation: use the court printed on the citation. JP offices are in Whitney, Hillsboro, Malone, and Itasca; the cities of Hillsboro, Whitney, Itasca, and Hubbard publish municipal-court routes.
  • Legal advice or resolution: speak with a licensed Texas attorney and the issuing court about bond, a hearing, motion, or recall procedure.

For existing Sheriff records, the department lists hcsoopenrecords@co.hill.tx.us. A public-records request cannot require an agency to create a warrant list or decide whether a particular person has a warrant.
